Recently, apparel-related factories have been struggling with the training of young craftsmen.
We also have many elderly craftsmen, so several years ago, we added young craftsmen to our company and have been making efforts to pass on the skills to the next generation.
Thanks to our efforts, young craftsmen are now leading the way and playing an active role in the company.
Now that our second factory is completed, we are looking for new craftsmen to join our history together.

- Position (1)
Job Title: Production Management Department
Operations: Inventory control, inspection, and shipping of leather and subsidiary materials
Employment status: Full-time employee (with probationary period)
Qualifications: No academic background required/Driver's license required/English conversation skills preferred

- Position (2)
Job Title: Cutting Department
Operations: Cutting leather and lining for leather jackets and small leather goods
Employment status: Full-time employee (with probationary period)
Qualifications: No academic background required/No experience necessary

- Position (3)
Job Title: Sewing Department
Operations: Sewing of leather jackets and small leather goods
Employment status: Full-time employee (with probationary period)
Qualifications: No academic background required/Industrial sewing machine experience only

- Application Guidelines
Location: 3-11-14, Higashi Imari, Higashinari-ku, Osaka City
Working hours: 9:00-18:00 (60-minute break)
Holidays: Saturdays every other week, Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, summer vacation, GW
Insurance matters: unemployment insurance, workers' accident compensation insurance, social insurance, and pension
Monthly salary: 200,000-300,000 yen (depending on experience and skills) / salary increase and bonus
