STEER OIL
The material introduced today is STEER OIL.
Steer oil is finished with water and dyes by spending a long time in drumdite without hiding "slips" and "scratches" with pigments.
The leather is surprisingly soft, not like cowhide, and the oil is very moist to the touch.
The thickness is around 1.3mm.
It is a very good material for those who want to wear a hard leather jacket of horsehide but want to wear it lightly and comfortably.
However, since it is water-dyed only with dyes, there are scratches and scuffs, and light colors such as camel have uneven coloring in some areas, even in the same piece of leather.
Therefore, the color of each finished leather jacket is slightly different.
Pigmented leathers are not used because the original texture of water-dyeing is lost, although the colors match beautifully when finished with pigments.
Please experience the feel of leather that you would not expect from cowhide.
