Companystore Reservations and Cancellations

As we have introduced several times here, the companystore in Osaka is completely reservation-based.

Please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance when visiting.

We have received many reservations since November, but we would like to take the time to speak with the customers who have come to our store.

Reservations are accepted for up to 4 groups per day.

We are closed on Sundays and public holidays, and reservations on Saturdays tend to fill up quickly, so please make your reservations early.

We are happy to see an increase in the number of customers from overseas.

However, there are some cancellations without prior notice.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us in advance if you will be delayed for more than 10 minutes or if you wish to cancel.

In addition, if you are delayed for more than 30 minutes, we will treat it as a cancellation as it may cause inconvenience to later customers.
