Introducing of A-2 Production

After the exhibition, preparations for materials have progressed and things have finally settled down.
Meanwhile, the production team has started production for autumn/winter in earnest.

Although not in all, the A-2, which was released this year, has also started production, so today we would like to introduce the process.

Y'2 LEATHER's first A-2.
There were many points of concern, such as the difficulty of sewing and reproduction of details, but the project finally got underway in its 26th year, in order to feed off the confidence of the 25th anniversary and to advance to a new stage.

The detailed specifications differ from manufacturer to manufacturer and the reproduction of the A-2 tends to attract attention, but we have tried not to spoil the Y'2 LEATHER character.
Each part is carefully pre-sewing, and a core is applied in places that cannot be seen.

The MIL-SPEC is not dared to be adopted, but a label that imitates a test sample is adopted.
We have created this label so that we can also incorporate Y'2 LEATHER's free ideas, while not forgetting to respect vintage.

The two colours are PULL UP HORSE in seal brown, a new material prepared for A-2, and INDIGO HORSE, which has a reputation for ageing.
Both have a great finish, but the Indigo A-2 in particular is one that only Y'2 LEATHER can produce.

With advice from the dealer on the part and thickness of the leather used for each part, the A-2 has become a product with the history of A-2 firmly inherited in the character of Y'2 LEATHER.

All production has not been finished due to the availability of leather.
