Every year, it takes time not only to secure leather, but also to obtain secondary materials.

We receive a certain amount of leather, but as I have explained several times, we require leather with a thickness of 1.3 mm or more, large leather that does not need to be hagged as much as possible, and leather with few flaws that can withstand a dye finish.

It takes time to meet these requirements and maintain the quality to my satisfaction.

When dealing with leather instead of fabric, various unexpected problems may occur.

It is very important to have time to make corrections and maintain quality.

This applies not only to leather, but also to cutting and sewing.
