New Orders for 2022

We have received inquiries about the 2022 order and would like to explain about it on our website.

First of all, we at Y'2LEATHER mainly manufacture leather jackets.
Therefore, we do not have a spring/summer exhibition, and unlike other apparel makers, we hold an exhibition for dealers only once a year.
Basically, we hold exhibitions in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyushu from the end of January, and finish the exhibitions by the end of February, and receive orders from dealers at the end of February for the fall/winter season.

Since we cannot manufacture a large number of items at one time, we start making each item in order from the orders received at the end of February.

For example, we already have patterns for standard items, so they are made ahead of time, and the earliest items are shipped from August.

We manufacture the total of the quantity ordered by dealers, our manufacturer's stock, and the companystore's stock, but the annual production volume is fixed.
Although an increase in production volume would lead to an increase in sales, we cannot expect a sudden increase in production volume due to the large number of skilled and elderly craftsmen.
Although there are some aspects that are easier to manage when outsourcing, I believe that manufacturing at a distance that I cannot reach is not much different from manufacturing products overseas.

We are trying to secure the number of products we can manufacture, but our free inventory is decreasing year by year due to the above reasons.
The current production schedule for the end of March has been filled with the orders we have received.

After that, we will manufacture the items ordered at the exhibition, so we are temporarily suspending the acceptance of new orders.

We will start distributing catalogs through our dealers in February, and if there are any products you are interested in for this fall/winter season, please contact your dealer or our companystore as soon as possible.
