Recruitment of Craftspeople

This year, we welcomed new full-time employees, including
three sewing staff, one cutting specialist, and one overseas operations staff member.
With the aim of further improving product quality, we are now recruiting several new team members.

In recent years, one of the major challenges facing apparel factories has been the development of young craftspeople.
While many of our skilled artisans are highly experienced, we began several years ago to actively bring in younger talent and focus on passing techniques on to the next generation.

As a result, young craftspeople are now taking the lead on the production floor and playing an active role in our factory.
In addition, with the completion of our second factory, we are seeking new team members who are eager to help us continue building our history together.

Open Positions
Position ①: Production Management

Job Description:
Inventory management of leather and auxiliary materials, inspection, and shipping

Employment Type:
Full-time employee (trial period applies)

Qualifications:

Educational background not required

Valid Japanese Class 1 driver’s license required

Position ②: Cutting Department

Job Description:
Cutting leather and linings for leather jackets and leather goods

Employment Type:
Full-time employee (trial period applies)

Qualifications:

Educational background not required

No experience required (training provided)

Position ③: Sewing Department

Job Description:
Sewing of leather jackets and leather goods

Employment Type:
Full-time employee (trial period applies)

Qualifications:

Educational background not required

Experience with industrial sewing machines required

Employment Conditions

Location:
3-11-14 Higashi-Imazato, Higashinari-ku, Osaka

Working Hours:
9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (60-minute break)

Holidays:
Alternate Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays,
Year-end/New Year holidays, summer holidays, Golden Week

Insurance:
Employment insurance, workers’ compensation insurance,
social insurance, employees’ pension

Salary:
From JPY 220,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
