Production Process

All processes except tanning are done in our factory.

Although it is possible for one person to do everything, the process of making a leather jacket is very complicated.

We also use different craftsmen and sewing machines depending on the leather material and design.

We work with many materials such as horsehide, deerskin, and steer oil.

It is very difficult for us to handle various materials such as horsehide, deerskin, steer oil, etc. Moreover, it is very difficult to handle "eco-horse," which is a hard type of horsehide, and "oil soft," which is softer.

There are also a wide variety of designs, such as riders', tailored, and car coats.

It is very important to assign the right craftsman for each material and design.
