About this term's manufacture

We would like to explain our manufacturing schedule for 2022.

Deliveries of leather jackets start around September, a little before the leather jacket season, but we cannot suddenly produce large quantities of leather jackets.
We cannot suddenly produce a large quantity of leather jackets, so we take into consideration our craftsmen's specialty designs and leather materials and proceed with production day by day, a little at a time.
Therefore, we at Y'2LEATHER have a limit to the number of pieces we can manufacture each year.

If we exceed our annual production capacity, delivery will be delayed and quality will suffer.
There is a way to increase the production capacity by outsourcing, but I believe that if it is not within my control, it will not be much different from overseas products.

As a measure to increase the number of sheets manufactured, we hold an exhibition in January-February to lengthen the period of manufacture as much as possible, and dealers place an order once a year. We have been receiving orders from dealers once a year.

In addition, we are accepting orders from our existing OEM customers, but we have temporarily stopped accepting orders from new customers.

However, due to an increase in orders from overseas and the aging of our craftsmen, we are currently at the point where our production capacity for the current term (December through the end of the year) is almost full.
We are grateful for this, but even at this point, we are running out of stock, and some products are sold out by reservation.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers, but if you are interested in any of our products, please contact your local dealer or our company as soon as possible.

We have sample products at our directly-managed stores, so you can see the product in person, and if we do not have the size in stock, you can make a reservation by matching it with a product that is similar in size.

Even if you cannot make it in time for this season's manufacture, we will accept your reservation for the next season's manufacture, so please feel free to contact us.
