LEATHER BAG
How is everyone doing in August?
It is early, but deliveries of leather jackets have started little by little.
The products we have delivered have been well received, especially the "25th anniversary model," and we would like to thank you for that.
We have received many questions about our "bags," so I would like to explain in detail.
Our bags are made of the same leather material as leather jackets, and we hope that our customers will use them for a long time and enjoy the aging process.
We use the same leather materials as for leather jackets.
We use Y'2LEATHER's original leather materials such as "Indigo horse", "Persimmon tannin horse", "Eco horse", and "Aniline horse".
We think you may be familiar with them because they are made with Y'2LEATHER's original leather materials.
We have a variety of designs, but we keep "simple and robust" in mind so that you can enjoy the expression of leather to the fullest.
There is a certification test for leather bags called "Technical Certification for Bags, Handbags, and Accessories (Leather Division).
Our staff members hold the highest rank of "Level 1" of the certification test.
For your information, there is a requirement to take the examination for Level 1.
The level of skill that a senior technician should normally possess.
Qualification: Applicants must have at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing bags, handbags, and accessories in Japan.
However, those who have already passed the Level 2 examination may take the Level 1 examination in the following year, regardless of the number of years of practical manufacturing experience.
The average passing rate for the three-year period is 20%.
Even if they have more than 10 years of work experience, 80% of them will fail the exam.
Leather bags, like leather jackets, cannot be made in large quantities.

These two models are produced twice a year, but everything else is produced once a year.
We produce a little at a time from July to December, so we never have all of them at once.
We hope you will take the time to look at all of our products.
