The A-2 flight jacket, developed in 1932 as wear for the U.S. Army Air Corps, is a design that is said to be particularly difficult to tailor in leather.
It took a considerable amount of time to obtain vintage samples, construct the pattern, and express the details, but the result is a piece that can be presented with confidence as "Y'2LEATHER's" first A-2.
The new PULL UP HORSE material is a fully vegetable tanned horsehide that contains a lot of oil, so the more you use it, the more the oil that soaks into it will migrate and change the grain, giving the owner's unique aging effect.
