This piece reinterprets the L-2 flight jacket—originally introduced as the first nylon flight jacket following the transition away from leather—by recreating it entirely in leather. Details such as the oxygen tab and the utility pocket on the left sleeve are also faithfully reproduced in leather.
The lining features a satin-woven nylon and cotton blend with a subtle sheen, while the outer shell is crafted from VINTAGE HORSE LIGHT leather at approximately 1mm thickness. The result is a jacket that balances lightweight comfort with a refined, classic presence.
