Y'2LEATHER FACTORY
FACTORY was featured in the July issue of Hail Mary magazine.
While our skilled craftsmen are still alive and well, we are steadily passing on their skills to our younger staff.
Craftsmen sewing hard leather like eco-horse with dazzling stitches.
Craftsmen who carefully use five different types of core materials to finish delicate leathers such as deerskin that stretch and shrink.
Of course it is important to finish a leather jacket beautifully, but I think our greatest strength is that we can select each craftsman according to the leather material and design.
Furthermore, I think it is important to be able to see and check all the items such as cutting, straining, sewing, boatan hole, and finishing with my own eyes before proceeding.
We have a strong commitment to rounding up, in which a small team of two or three people sews everything, rather than the "line sewing" often seen overseas, in which only the sleeve parts, lining, etc. are sewn in each area.
Although this is less efficient, it allows each group to feel more strongly about their own products.
This year, we have more orders than ever before, and it is unlikely that we will be able to keep as much stock as we would like.
We can't make a large quantity, but please pick one up at a store near you.
