Reservations for boots, bags and other leather goods
Did you see the delivery date of our new products that we informed you about the other day?
This time, we will inform you about the delivery date of leather goods other than leather jackets, such as boots, bags, and wallets.
Because the manufacturing process of boots, gloves, and newsboy caps is different from that of leather jackets, we ask our partner factories to produce them.
When making them, we ask them to make them under the following two conditions: 1. "Y'2LEATHER original design (mold)" 2. "Use Y'2LEATHER leather material" instead of materials in stock at the partner factory.
However, it has been difficult to secure leather, especially horsehide, and even if the factory we are requesting is not busy,
there are cases where the leather does not arrive in time, or conversely, the leather is secured but the delivery date is delayed due to the other party's busy season.
Delivery dates are unstable and delays are occurring.
The new A-10 gloves use old-fashioned machines to make the ribs, so it takes time to make the ribs, and the delivery date has been significantly delayed.
Once we receive an order, we must take responsibility and meet the delivery date within the delivery date.
We have tried various things, such as adjusting delivery dates for boots from two orders per year to one, and placing orders in advance, but the schedule is still not stable.
Because we do not produce our own products, it is becoming more and more difficult to control delivery dates each year, and in these circumstances we apologize for any inconvenience caused to our dealers as well as customers who have made reservations.
For the reasons mentioned above, for the time being we will not be accepting reservations for all accessories, including boots and gloves.
This applies to dealers as well.
It will not be a case of making reservations; rather, we will ship to dealers as soon as the products are completed, and you will then be able to purchase them.
We are also unable to answer questions about delivery dates as they are unclear.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding.
