Job type: Sales, including overseas handling, and store sales assistance (only when overseas customers visit)
Job description:
You will be responsible for administrative correspondence by email with overseas business partners who handle our products, responding to their visits, and providing English support to customers who visit our directly managed stores.
In addition, you will be responsible for production management tasks such as inventory management, inspection, and shipping of leather and auxiliary materials, but we have a separate staff member who mainly handles these tasks, so you will be assisting them.
We also exhibit at a joint exhibition held in Berlin, Germany every January.
You will accompany us to the exhibition and explain products to local business partners in English.
We sometimes receive visitors from overseas countries such as the United States and Canada to our headquarters in Osaka, so you will also be responsible for English support at those times.
Since you will mainly be communicating with stores that have already started doing business with us, there are no sales quotas.
