Notice Regarding Delivery Delays and Future Production

We regret to inform you that shortages in the supply of certain leather materials used in our products are expected to cause delays in production and delivery.
These supply challenges will also require us to limit production quantities for certain products in the coming seasons.


■ Current Leather Supply Situation
One of the tanneries we have worked with for many years has recently been forced to cease operations due to an interruption in its supply of raw hides.
As a result, leather production previously shared between multiple tanneries must now be consolidated at the remaining tannery.

Although we are working closely with our partners to secure sufficient production capacity, accommodating such a sudden increase in demand is extremely challenging. Consequently, we are experiencing significant delays in the supply of certain leather materials.


■ Revised Production Schedule for Selected Products
After carefully reviewing the current material supply situation and our production schedule, we have determined that the following three models cannot realistically be completed within 2026 as originally planned.

Affected Models: IB-140 / IB-141 / EC-77 BLACK
Revised Estimated Completion Date: January – February 2027

Depending on the availability of materials, some products may be completed earlier than anticipated.
Please also note that certain other models may not be completed until late 2026 due to ongoing material supply delays.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to customers who have been patiently awaiting their orders.
For further information regarding the delivery schedule of your existing order, please contact the retailer through which your purchase was made.


■ Production Limitations for 2027 and Beyond
Due to the closure of the tannery, securing the same volume of leather materials as in previous years will remain extremely difficult in 2027 and beyond.
As a result, we regret that we will need to limit production quantities for horse-hide leather jackets.
These restrictions will not apply to our entire collection, and products made from other leather materials are expected to continue production as usual.
This decision has been made to ensure that, even with limited material availability, we can maintain the quality and craftsmanship that define Y'2 LEATHER.

■ Our Commitment to Developing New Leather Materials
Despite these challenges, Y'2 LEATHER remains committed to exploring new possibilities in leather craftsmanship and actively developing original leather materials.
Building upon the knowledge, techniques, and experience we have cultivated over the years, we are currently developing new leathers with distinctive textures, characteristics, and expressions for our Autumn/Winter 2027 collection.
Even as the leather supply environment continues to evolve, our dedication to exceptional materials and uncompromising craftsmanship remains unchanged.
We will continue striving to create products that embody the unique character and spirit of Y'2 LEATHER.
