About the 2023delivery
New deliveries for 2023 have already started.
Already autumn/winter 2023? That's early, isn't it? I know some of you may be wondering, so here is an explanation.
As we have explained here before, our products are not made on an overseas line, but are sewn by two people, one pair at a time.
We also have many kinds of leathers, and since many of our products are made of unrefined materials, we change "color" and "finish" flexibly depending on the condition of the raw hides when we prepare the leathers.
For example, light-colored leathers such as camel and persimmon tannin tend to show scratches and scuffs more easily than black leathers.
For this reason, even if we were planning to proceed with persimmon tannin hose, we may prefer black this time.
Or, "I was going to go for aniline hose, but I think I'll go for vintage horse with pigment.
We are always checking the condition of the hose and working with the tanner to make sure it is in the best condition.
This is something that is not often done with other materials, but it is very important for us because we are using natural leather.
This is the same with deerskin.
Like horsehide, it is very difficult to meet these three requirements: thickness, a certain degree of scar resistance, and a large leather suitable for clothing.
We are grateful to the tanneries that continue to provide us with the best leather at any given time in order to make the best garment.
After the best leather is finished, it is time to select a craftsman who can make the most of the "leather" and "design".
A craftsman who sews thick leather like eco-horse with thick threads.
Craftsmen for tailored lines, such as deerskin tailored products.
We have 25 years of experience and knowledge in selecting the right craftsman for leather, cutting, sewing, etc., based on the image of the finished product.
We are progressing one model at a time until around December.
So, little by little, the 2023 delivery will start little by little.
The final delivery will be in December.
We are progressing little by little, one garment at a time.
We would appreciate it if you could wait patiently.
